Invoice & taxes

You receive a proper invoice from JEWO Trading Ltd. (EU/Cyprus). EU companies with a valid VAT ID pay the net amount under the reverse-charge procedure – no pre-financing of foreign VAT. Deliveries to non-EU countries are tax-free exports; for import charges see Shipping & Customs.

Pre-orders & down payments

For pre-orders you reserve with a down payment; the balance is due before shipping – exact terms are stated in the quote. Goods remain the property of JEWO until paid in full (retention of title).

Payment FAQs

Can I pay in instalments?

We do not offer classic instalment plans. For project orders, staged payment schedules are possible by arrangement.

When does the delivery time start?

Once full payment – or the agreed down payment – has been received.

Are crypto payments anonymous?

No. Crypto payments are matched to your invoice as well; statutory compliance requirements, including anti-money-laundering rules, apply unchanged.
