Shipping & Customs

We ship ASIC miners worldwide – transparently priced, securely packed and with clear communication from payment to delivery.

How shipping works

1. Order confirmation & payment – processing starts when payment (or the agreed down payment) is received.
2. Picking & preparation – in-stock hardware is usually ready to ship within a few business days.
3. Handover to express or freight carrier – you receive the tracking number by email.
4. Delivery – freight shipments are announced by phone in advance.
5. Proactive updates – if anything is delayed, we inform you before you have to ask.

Delivery times

Within the EU, transit usually takes 2–7 business days; to non-EU countries around 5–15 business days depending on customs. For pre-orders the delivery date is stated in the quote. The binding figure is always the one in your quote – no asterisks, no surprises.

Incoterms in plain language

Incoterms define who pays for transport and import charges. Our standard is DAP; DDP and self-collection (EXW) are available on request:

Note: there are no import charges within the EU – the table only applies to non-EU destinations.

Deliveries within the EU

No customs formalities, no import VAT at the border: as an EU company we deliver intra-community. With a valid VAT ID you receive a net invoice under the reverse-charge procedure – handling is as simple as a domestic purchase.

Deliveries to non-EU countries

Switzerland, the UK, Norway and worldwide: exports leave without EU VAT; the destination country’s import charges (customs duty and import VAT) are borne by the recipient by default (DAP). We provide complete documentation – commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin on request – so clearance runs smoothly. If you prefer full predictability, choose DDP: all charges included upfront.

Packaging & transport damage

Units ship in the manufacturer’s original packaging, palletised shipments additionally secured. Please inspect on acceptance: note visible damage on the delivery receipt, take photos and report it to us within 7 days – this protects your claims against the carrier. Bulk orders & projects

Pallet shipments, containers or direct delivery to your site or into our hosting – for farm projects we plan the logistics with you. Handover to your own freight forwarder (EXW) by arrangement.
